1. Company and services

Nexora Technologies is a Bulgaria-based IT, software and SaaS company. The company develops and operates digital platforms, websites and technical solutions, particularly for education businesses, experts, content creators and other knowledge-based business models.

The business comprises two independent areas: individual IT, software and digitalization services for business customers; and the development and operation of the company’s own education platform, Aivera.

Business customers can use Nexora’s services independently of Aivera. These services include the development of SaaS and learning platforms, websites, landing pages and sales funnels, as well as system integrations, automations, hosting, maintenance, support and technical customization. Nexora generates project, development, license, SaaS, hosting and support revenue from these services.

2. Aivera

Aivera is a digital education and community platform developed by Nexora Technologies and operated under its own brand. Through Aivera, end customers gain access to learning programs, video courses, assignments, quizzes, live sessions, community areas and other digital education services.

Nexora is responsible for technical provision, product design, pricing, marketing, sales funnels, customer acquisition, payment processing, customer care, and technical and organizational support.

The end customer purchases access to Aivera directly from Nexora Technologies. In relation to the end customer, Nexora is the seller, platform operator, contracting party, invoice issuer and payment recipient.

Aivera is an education platform independently operated by Nexora Technologies. All offers are provided and marketed by Nexora. External partners support Nexora solely on the basis of individual agreements.

3. Collaboration with creators

Educational content is provided by selected educators, experts and content creators. Before a collaboration begins, all partners are reviewed with regard to their identity, qualifications, content and suitability.

Collaboration takes place exclusively on the basis of an individual agreement with Nexora. In particular, that agreement defines the content or services to be provided, rights of use, quality requirements and remuneration.

Creators may provide Nexora with course materials, recordings or live sessions. All services offered to end customers are provided exclusively by Nexora Technologies.

Creators are remunerated by Nexora on the basis of the respective contractual agreement. Remuneration may, for example, consist of fixed fees, project amounts or recurring flat fees and is independent of payments made by end customers.

4. Use of digital payment systems

Digital payment systems are used exclusively to process payments made by end customers to Nexora Technologies for the use of Aivera.

The payment flow is: end customer → digital payment system → Nexora Technologies.

Payment is processed through a digital payment system used by Nexora. Nexora remains the seller, service provider and economic payment recipient.

Creators receive their contractually agreed remuneration directly from Nexora Technologies. No payment processing takes place between end customers and creators.

5. Compliance

Nexora Technologies and Aivera place great importance on compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and the policies of the payment service providers used. Nexora therefore reserves the right to reject inquiries or business models, or to terminate existing contractual relationships, where they are incompatible with applicable requirements.

6. Summary

Nexora Technologies generates revenue from its own IT, software and SaaS services and from operating its own education platform, Aivera.

For Aivera, all platform and education services are offered by Nexora Technologies and provided to end customers by Nexora. Creators support Nexora as reviewed and contractually appointed content or service partners.

Digital payment systems serve exclusively to process Aivera end-customer payments to Nexora Technologies.
